BENECO Task Force Appoints Engr. Melchor Licoben as General Manager
Big news for the Benguet Electric Cooperative (BENECO) - Engr. Melchor Licoben is back as their General Manager (GM). The National Electrification Administration (NEA) recommended him for the position, and the BENECO Task Force Interim Board of Directors unanimously agreed.

There were no other candidates in the running; Engr. Melchor Licoben was the top pick. Steve Cating, the Interim Board of Directors Chairperson, spoke for the task force, which includes representatives from different sectors in Baguio City and Benguet Province.
