After completing the requirements prescribed by the CHED-DOH Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1 Series 2021, a total of twelve (12) Higher Educational Institutions (HEI) in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) have been granted the authority to conduct a limited Face-to-Face class of their priority health programs for the academic year 2021-2022.
The gradual reopening of the campuses of HEIs for limited Face-to-Face classes selected health-related degree programs for they are regarded vital in providing additional manpower support in the health system during the pandemic.
The Composite Team of CHED-CAR, DOH-CAR, and LGU/Local IATF, will continue to monitor the implementation of limited Face-to-Face classes.
The following HEIs in Cordillera have been granted authority to conduct limited face-to-face classes for selected health-related degree programs:

According to CHED, health-related degree programs (medicine, nursing, medical technology, physical therapy, midwifery, and public health) that are regarded as vital in providing additional manpower support in the health system during the pandemic shall be prioritized in the gradual reopening of face to face classes.
