He is a proud Igorot from Kibungan, Benguet. He is not just a graduate of BS Nursing but also a graduate of Master in Community Health Development at Benguet State University; Master of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Special Education at the University of the Cordilleras and Bachelor of Forensic Science at the University of Baguio.
He first entered PNP service as a Crime Registrar of Baguio City Police Office - Station 2 in October 2014. As an NUP back then, he has exemplified competence, hardwork and dedication in the performance of his duties and responsibilities. He was the Best NUP of the Police Service Anniversary at the City Level in 2020 and Regional Level in 2021. He was also the Outstanding PCAD NUP of the 126th PCR Month Celebration.
In July 2021, he took oath as a Patrolman under the Health Service quota. Carrying with him the values and lessons learned as a PROCOR personnel, he continued to excel as a Uniformed Personnel, finishing as the Top 1 of the graduating class of 627 police officers from different units and from different regions at the National Headquarters/ National Support Units Training Center at Camp Vicente P. Lim, Mayapa Calamba City Laguna.
