In her letter, DOST Regional Director Nancy Bantog expressed the agency's deepest appreciation to the frontliners of this town [Bauko].

"As one of the agencies involved in DRRM, we continue to uphold our overarching mantra of saving lives and properties through continuous development and deployment of appropriate technologies and innovation," Bantog added.

In return, Bauko Mayor Abraham Buclay Akilit relayed his much appreciation as the assistance came in timely especially that commercial face shields are hardly found in the market and that Bauko needs more PPEs as the municipal LGU is providing support in all barangay quarantine control points.

Thank you, DOST! Together, #WeHealAsOne.
