A video of "sayote" farmers in Sagpat, Kibungan, Benguet went viral online where their effort and perseverance in bringing their sayote products can be seen. They operate an improvised cable car with the help of a motorcycle engine to deliver their vegetables across mountains that will eventually be sold to the nearby town of La Trinidad.
The Igorot farmers had a clever way of transporting their harvests that got the attention of Supercar Blondie, one of the biggest automotive vloggers right now.
"These farmers invented a genius way to transport fruit up a mountain using a motorcycle 😮🙌," Supercar Blondie posted on her Facebook page.
