Cordilleran farmers left vegetables and fruits for street children in Malabon

The heroism of the Cordilleran farmers was shown again when they left vegetables and fruits for street children sleeping on the sidewalks of Malabon.

The heroism of the farmers from the Cordillera region was shown once again when they left vegetables and fruits for homeless children sleeping just down the street in Malabon City.

In a snapshot uploaded by Jake Gayog on his Facebook account, you can see some vegetables and fruits such as broccoli, strawberries, oranges, and more.

Vegetables and fruits given to street children

According to Gayog, they want the children to feel the love of the Cordillera farmers when they waken.

"When the kids wake up, even if they did not meet their donor face to face, I'm very sure it will bring joy to these kids, they will feel the love of cordillera FARMERS...," he said on his post.

Gayog's group is presently sending vegetables to Metro Manila to assist Cordillera farmers to sell and also benefit Manila residents purchase economical vegetables.

They were also the group responsible in delivering vegetables to those who were affected by the eruption of the Taal Volcano last January this year.

They also wish the government would pay more compassion to these street children.

Full of broken thoughts I cannot repair.
