Cadet 1st Class Valerie Mae V Dicang, Top 3
The top 3 graduating cadet is Cadet 1st Class Valerie Mae V Dicang, a 22-year-old Igorot woman from La Trinidad, Benguet.
Cadet 1st Class Dicang graduated with honors when she finished high school. She was pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology at Saint Louis University - Baguio when she passed the PMA Entrance Examination.
She is a consistent Dean's Lister and Commandant's Lister. She is recognized for leading the implementation of the Distance Learning provisions in the CCAFP. She is the Brigade Academic Officer. She is a member of the Silent Drill Company and Softball, Chess, and Arnis Corps Squad.
Cadet 1st Class Dicang will receive the Secretary of National Defense Saber and she has chosen to join the Philippine Army.

23-year-old Cadet 1st Class Michael Angelo A Madriaga, from Tabuk City, Kalinga, is the class Top 9.
Cadet 1st Class Madriaga studied for a Bachelor Of Science in Civil Engineering at Cagayan State University before entering the PMA.
Cadet 1st Class Madriaga, Golf Company, is a member of the First Class Policy Board, Silent Drill Company, Chess Corps Squad, and Marathon Corps Squad.
He became the Company Executive Officer and currently the Company Athletic Officer. He is also a consistent Dean's Lister and Commandant's Lister.
Cadet 1st Class Michael Angelo A Madriaga will be joining the Philippine Navy.
Cadet 1st Class Jaevin Latugan, Athletic Saber Awardee (Male Category)
The Athletic Saber Award (Male Category) was given to Cadet 1st Class Jaevin Latugan from Tanudan, Kalinga. The athletic saber is an award that highlights a cadet's athletic prowess. He is one of six outstanding cadets to receive special awards.
The 23-year-old Cadet 1st Class Latugan graduated from the College of Bachelor of Science in Criminology at the University of the Cordilleras. He was a Dean's Lister and a Wushu champion at BBEAL 2019.
Cadet 1st Class Latugan is the Delta Company Athletic and Finance Officer and also an active member of the Peer Counseling Group, Social Responsibility Committee, First Class Policy Board, Silent Drill Company, Athletics, Wushu and Boxing Corps Squad.
Cadet 1st Class Latugan will be joining the Philippine Army.
PMA MASALIGAN Class Graduation Rites
The PMA MASALIGAN Class of 2021 consists of 164 cadets, 138 are male and 26 are female.
82 cadets will join the Philippine Army, 36 will join the Philippine Airforce while 46 will be joining the Philippine Navy.
The graduation rites of the PMA Masaligan Class of 2021 are scheduled for May 10, 2021. This is the second year that the graduation rites of the PMA will be made virtual and the parents of the cadets will not be able to attend due to the ongoing threat of COVID-19.
