As I gear up for Mrs Universe I feel the joy, love, peace and abundance that this life brings.
I believe that the Universe timing is perfect.I'm filled with mixed emotions for this once in a lifetime opportunity as the first Cordilleran to represent UK and Philippines in Mrs Universe platform and I'll make the most of it. The outpouring support that I have been receiving makes me feel so inspired and motivated to do well.
My preparation includes self-care, spending quality time with family and friends,discovering new places and taking great care of my mind, body and soul.
I keep on being ME. I keep doing beautiful impactful and honest things. I focus on my growth ,transform my mindset and be consistent with my evolution but there are times that I get tired, get too emotional and feel vulnerable. I try to be easy on me and be kind to myself more. I focus on things that brings peace, happiness and fulfillment in my life.
Participating in pageantry is about more than just a crown and sash for me.I work for a cause and not for applause.I believe that my voice and actions can influence so many more people. I use my platform not only for my advocacy but be the voice of different charities that helps our society.
An opportunity to represent my beloved province Benguet and the Cordillera Region last year in Philippines EuroAsia platform in the UK was an amazing journey and to be crowned Mrs Philippines EuroAsia and Mrs UK Philippines Universe is magnificent.
This time,I'll be competing in Mrs Universe platform alongside lovely candidates from all over the world.
The most important part of my Mrs Universe journey is I enjoy each and every step. I appreciate everyone who are part of this wonderful journey that I will cherish for the rest of my life.
No matter where the journey takes me,I'll enjoy my Mrs Universe adventure and I hope I make you all proud,kakailyans.
