UPDATE JULY 5, 2020: Baguio City's Roxanne Baeyens is Miss Philippines Earth 2020!
Roxanne succeeded Miss Philippines Earth 2019 Janelle Tee on Sunday, July 5 during pageant finals, which was telecast on GMA 7.
The Igorota also bagged special awards:

- Eco-Video award
In her Cultural presentation during the MPE competition, she said, "am proud Igorota, am proud Filipina". Some asked what does "Igorota" mean. Roxie's maternal roots are from the Kankanaey/ Aplai tribe of the Cordillera and this is how she defines "Igorot".
She will represent the country in the Miss Earth pageant.

Igorota beauty queen is an official Miss Earth Philippines 2020 candidate
22-year-old Igorota-Belgian beauty queen Roxanne Baeyens, from Besao, Mountain Province is among the official candidates of one of the most sought after pageant search in the country, Miss Earth Philippines 2020.
Baeyens successfully passed the first screening on January 28, 2020 held at the Carousel Garden in Mandaluyong, as confirmed by her talent agency.
Prior to joining Miss Earth Philippines, she was crowned the Face of Tourism 2019 and won 1st Runner-up at last year's Miss Tourism and Culture Universe.
The Igorota beauty stands 170cm (5'5 ") tall and holds a Tourism degree from Saint Louis University in Baguio City.
She is no doubt one of the strong contenders for Miss Earth Philippines 2020 because of her experience in the field of pageantry.
In addition, she has been active in promoting the environment on her social media platforms, making her more suited to what the organization is looking for.
Currently residing in Manila, the Igorot beauty promotes urban gardening as she brings nature to her home.
Miss Philippines Earth (2004-2017, 2019-present), originally titled "Miss Philippines" (2001-2003) then "Miss Earth Philippines" (2018), is a Filipino national beauty pageant held annually in search of the most beautiful and environmentally-conscious and aware woman in the Philippines.
The current titleholder of the pageant is Janelle Lazo Tee from Pasig City, crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2019 on July 10, 2019.
The grand coronation of Miss Earth Philippines will take place on May 10, 2020, at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) in Pasay, Metro Manila.
