BAGUIO CITY, Philippines- A team of researchers from Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (KMJS) have been left baffled after failing to find any reason to be ashamed of being Igorot.

The researchers, who had been researching the Igorot people for several years, had initially expected to find a long list of reasons to be ashamed, such as their lack of education, their primitive culture, and their supposed savagery.

However, after extensive research, the researchers were forced to admit that they had found no evidence to support any of these stereotypes. In fact, they found that the Igorot people were actually quite proud of their heritage.

"Lumipad ang aming team sa Cordillera para humanap ng ebidensya kung bakit dapat ikahiya ng mga Igorot na sila ay Igorot. Nagulat talaga kami kasi wala kaming nahanap na dahilan.," said KMJS host Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho.

"We were really surprised," added Jessica Soho. "We thought we'd find something, but we couldn't find anything to be ashamed of. We even dug the Banaue Rice Terraces, communicated to anitos, searched the Chico River, and explored hundreds of caves within the Cordilleras, but still, nothing. We're so baffled that we're thinking of making a blank video and broadcasting it on our show."

The researchers' findings have been met with mixed reactions. Some people have praised the researchers for their work, while others have dismissed their findings as being politically motivated.

However, the researchers themselves are confident in their research and they believe that it is important to challenge the stereotypes that surround the Igorot people.

"We hope that our research will help to dispel the myths about the Igorot people and that it will help to promote a more accurate understanding of their culture," said Soho. "The Igorot people have a rich and vibrant culture, and they should be proud of who they are."
