A graduate from the Saint Louis University (SLU) in Baguio City emerged number one in the January 2020 Architect Licensure Examinations, according to the results released January 29, by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Rhicel Gonzales Sapasap topped the examination with a rating of 84%. She just arrived in Abu Dhabi, where her mother is working, when the results were released.
She was followed by MEGAN JOYCE HERRERA CRUZ of UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES-DILIMAN and DENZEL LANCE LEON DANTIS of MAPUA UNIVERSITY (FOR M.I.T.) - MANILA with 83.20 percent, KARSTEN ARCO ASUQUE of ADAMSON UNIVERSITY with 83.00 percent and AUSTIN CARL SUGUI EQUIPAJE of UNIVERSITY OF SANTO TOMAS with a score of 82.9 percent.
Other topnotchers were the following:
5th: CHARIMAE DANO BUDIONGAN (UNIVERSITY OF SAN CARLOS), 82.6 percent
6th: JERTZ KEN GLINOGA BRILLON (UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES-DILIMAN), 82.50 percent
7th: JEREMIAH CERDENA JACOBO (TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE OF THE PHILIPPINES-QUEZON CITY) and KRIZIA MAE DOMINGO MARZAN (FAR EASTERN UNIVERSITY-MANILA), 82.00 percent
8th: EDITH JOY PIALAGO SUPAT (SILLIMAN UNIVERSITY), 81.90 percent
9th: MARIA REGINA VICTORIA MORADA POLOTAN (UNIVERSITY OF SANTO TOMAS), 81.80 percent
10: Jenny Ngala Diwayan (University of Baguio) with a score of 81.70 percent
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), which administered the test, said that 1,242 passers out of the 2,229 passed the examinations that took place last January 24 and 26, 2020 in testing centers in the National Capital Region (NCR)/ Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi and Zamboanga.
