Baguio City's PLtCol. Baldwin Sokoken Jr. celebrated as Best Junior Police Commissioned Officer at the PNP anniversary for improving police efficiency.

On August 8, 2024, the Philippine National Police (PNP) celebrated its 123rd Police Service Anniversary by honoring its outstanding personnel. Among the notable awardees was PLtCol. Baldwin Sokoken Jr., who was recognized as the Best Junior Police Commissioned Officer in the country.

The award was presented at a ceremony held at Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame in Quezon City. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. personally bestowed the honor upon Sokoken, highlighting his exceptional contributions to the Philippine National Police.

PLtCol. Baldwin Sokoken Jr. serves as the Deputy City Director for Administration at the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO). His recognition was a result of his exceptional performance in administrative roles, which has notably enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of the BCPO's operations.
