Loy-od Jr. (CE) PA, the event was conducted in collaboration with the Office of the Provincial Health Officer, represented by Provincial Blood Coordinator Ferdinand Nonog, and in partnership with One Kalinga Blood and the Pasil Blood Collecting Unit medical team.
