In October 2023, Raul A. Santos, a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer, Your ka-cordilleran, ka-igorotan and ka-ilyan founded Veterans Troops and Families (VTF LLC).
Inspired by a visit to the Poly trauma Center, the veteran chief looks to provide grooming and hygiene services for veterans, active-duty troops, reserves, their families, and people with disabilities.
