Bona Stella Rivera has been crowned as the winner of the inaugural pageant for Little Miss Northern Luzon 2023, a pageant described by the organizer, Miss Vell Watson, as a platform to unlock potential building confidence among young girls. Bona Stella is an international taekwondo player, model, and novice in pageantry. She attributes her optimistic outlook in her childhood immersing in arts, sports, and travel, looking forward to fulfilling her duties and responsibilities as the first ever crowned, Little Miss Northern Luzon.

Inaugurated last September 2, 2023, Little Miss Northern Luzon is a transformative opportunity for children to achieve their dreams, to boost and flourish their confidence by engaging in this initiative. We empower our young ones to unlock their potential, cultivate resilience, and build a brighter future. This event was inaugurated to search for diversified young ambassadresses promoting the tourism industry in their respective towns, cities, and provinces, and was themed "A Catalyst for Change"

Saturday's finale, which was held live at Baguio Convention Center, saw contestants take the stage in Filipiniana-inspired evening gowns, a showcase of talents, and a presentation of their creative costumes featuring their products, cultures, and heritages.

The 15 candidates had their series of pre-pageants, one of which was held at Puerto De San Juan in San Juan La Union showcasing their wit and confidence in their summer attire last July 19, 2023, and on August 29, 2023, they presented how fit the candidates are in their sportswear competition held at SM City Baguio.

Other major titlists are Samantha Loelle Reyes, Little Miss Northern Luzon- Tourism, Atasha Chloe Recile- Little Miss Northern Luzon- Culture and Heritage,Yajiah Eavon Muyano- Little Miss Northern Luzon- Festival, and Hanee Jean Tavares- Little Miss Northern Luzon- Environment.
