Winners of the Little Miss Northern Luzon 2023 beauty pageant attended the flag-raising ceremony on October 16, 2023, to extend their courtesy call to the officials and employees of Baguio City.

Little Miss Northern Luzon 2023 grand winner, Bona Stella Rivera, with other winners- Little Miss Northern Luzon Tourism- Samantha Loelle Reyes, Little Miss Northern Luzon Culture and Heritage- Atasha Chloe Recile, Little Miss Northern Luzon Environment- Hana Jean Tavares, and one of the Miss Charity winners, Zsania Yvonne Cruz were acknowledged and presented for their achievements.

Mayor Benjamin Magalong and other city officials applauded our little beauty queens during the flag-raising ceremony. They were also formally recognized where they met several officials as the CEO introduced what Little Miss Northern Luzon is.

They were accompanied by Ms. Mariver "Vell Watson" Agayas, CEO/Founder of Little Miss Northern Luzon 2023, and the pageant director, Kristoffer Tabili.

The director announced at the ceremony that these queens have already started their respective reigns by doing charitable works, some of which are adopting a school campaign, and giving school supplies to indigent students at different schools in the city. The director also said they will continue doing charitable activities these coming days.

In addition, the CEO and founder of Little Miss Northern Luzon 2023 said that the Little Miss Northern Luzon pageant is an event that aims to empower young girls and boost their confidence by providing them a platform to showcase their beauty, talent, and intelligence by participating in opportunities to excel. She also affirmed that Little Miss Northern Luzon inspires children to dream big and sets them on a path to achieve their goals by engaging in the process of setting objectives, working towards people, and celebrating their accomplishments with the importance of perseverance, dedication, and strategic planning as through shared experiences, rehearsals, and collaborative projects, participants develop strong bonds, support one another, and cultivate a network of like-minded individuals who inspire and motivate each other.
