Founded in October 2023 by Raul A. Santos, a proud Cordilleran with Igorot Heritage and Culture, the Veterans Troops, and Families (VTF) Professional Grooming & Hygiene Services is established by a retired Chief Petty Officer (SW) from the U.S. Navy and and retired with the U.S. Department of Defense/U.S. Department of the Army as a Government Contracting Officer.
Motivated by his subjective experiences and observations during visits to the Poly Trauma Center at Audie Murphy Veteran Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas USA, the Chief Petty Officer established the VTF LLC Fully Digitized Online and 100% Veteran Owned appointment platform to make professional grooming and hygiene services accessible to Veterans, Active-Duty, Troops, and their Families, NATO Allies and People or Individuals with Disabilities across the globe.
His Mission is to provide expert and or exceptional Grooming and Hygiene Services, aiming to honor and groom, empower, enhance, care and support our Veterans, Troops, and their Families.
His Vision is centered on enhancing the quality of life for Veterans, Troops, and their Families through various grooming and hygiene services accessible through a Fully Digitized Services Online Platform and Mobile App worldwide.
VTF LLC operates independently, without relying on any government funding, dedicated to serving our Veterans, Troops, and their Families,
People/Individuals with Disabilities (P/IWD) and to our NATO allies nationwide, domestic, foreign and international
A small part of the proceeds supports domestic VA programs, including but not limited such as memorial events, suicide prevention initiatives, disaster relief, and community activities.
