Culture, Raul A. Santos is a retired Chief Petty Officer (SW) from the U.S. Navy.
Inspired by my subjective experiences and observations during visits to the Polytrauma Center at Audie Murphy Veteran Medical Center, I conceived this platform to provide accessible and professional grooming and hygiene services for veterans, active-duty personnel, reserves, their families, and individuals with disabilities worldwide.
My mission is to offer exceptional grooming and hygiene services, placing emphasis on empowering, enhancing, and supporting our Veterans, Troops, and their Families.

VTF LLC operates as a self-sufficient online service independent of government funding, striving to serve our Veterans, Troops, and their Families both nationally and internationally.
A part of our proceeds supports the nation's VA domestic programs, which include events for memorials, suicide prevention, disaster relief, and related community activities.
