Founded in October 2023 by Raul A. Santos, a proud Cordilleran with Igorot Heritage and Culture, the Veterans Troops, and Families (VTF) Professional Grooming & Hygiene Services is established by a retired Chief Petty Officer (SW) from the U.S. Navy and and and the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army as a Government Contracting Officer.
